Kiteshop offers a market leading delivery service with the help of top class courier services.

The Benefits Include:

24 Hour Delivery on over 95% of orders.

Products are delivered via UPS and DPD which guarantee next day delivery and tend to be delivered between 7am and 6pm.

Smaller products are delivered by a reputable national courier with signature on delivery required.

One-Hour Window Example

Using DPD couriers for example, we can even provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel.

With a notification by email and option to change the delivery day if needed, your items can be delivered to you when it's most convenient.

You can even track your parcel direct from your mobile phone and even reply back to rearrange your delivery.

Worldwide Delivery Cost

Kiteshop has always offered high quality International shipping efficiently yet as cheaply as possible. With customers in over 200 countries getting the best quote in every instance has proven a complex one so we’ve decided to make the process a whole lot simpler.

UK Delivery as before will remain FREE for orders over £79.00. For orders under £79.00, delivery will be £4.95.

You’ll be able to see the cost of delivery at the time of ordering and track your parcel from the moment it leaves Kitesurf.

Delivery to mainland European destinations for items under £500.00 will cost £19.95 GBP per order.

Internationally delivery has just got enormously cheaper and what we have now introduced a FLAT FEE for just £19.95 GBP for European Mainland Orders.

Delivery to mainland European destinations for items over £500.00 will be FREE

Delivery to destinations outside the EU for items under £500.00 will be just £29.95

This is a flat rate, no matter how many products you include in your order. This heavily subsidised postal cost is only applicable to online internet orders.

Prices shown in Euros and US and AUD Dollars are for guidance purposes only.

When purchasing - the total price will be shown in GB Pounds Sterling and this amount will be charged to your credit/debit card.

Your credit / debit card provider will convert this into your local currency at their normal rate. Any additional charges made by your card provider are your responsibility.

Kiteshop prices include VAT at the UK rate which you must pay. There may be additional import or tax charges when shipping outside the EU.

Deliveries outside UK and EU will be contacted of any additional shipping charges.

Please note some restrictions may apply to Surfboard's

International deliveries are shipped via the Royal Mail or Courier and are charged to you at cost price. The charge varies according to the weight of the parcel and its destination country.

If my country is not listed, can you still ship items to my country?

Whilst we can ship to many countries around the world, we are sometimes unable to offer a fast and efficient service to certain countries.

If you cannot find your country on the checkout page or the list above, please email info@kiteshop.com as it is possible we will be able to provide you with a cost effective shipping price for your items.

Will I be charged any customs / import tax?

All items on our website will now be shipped exclusive of any VAT when shipping outside of the UK. This now includes all EU destinations.

Therefore, please be advised that for countries now including the EU, as well as the destinations such as the Channel and Canary Islands, you may have be liable to your local import VAT, Duty, Additional fees or Taxes where applicable.

If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned or even destroyed.

If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning these items.
