How do I place an order?

Shopping online with Kiteshop is easy – simply follow the following steps then sit back and wait for your order to arrive.

Find the items you wish to buy using the search bar at the top of the page or via the category dropdowns in the navigation menu and add them to your basket using the β€˜add to cart’ button.

When you are happy with the contents of your basket, click the shopping basket icon in the top right of your page. This will take you to the first step in our secure checkout process. If you have an account with us, you can sign in, or alternatively can proceed through our guest checkout process.

Choose your delivery option and payment method and then review your order on the summary page before confirming your order with the β€˜confirm your order’ button. We will send you an email to confirm your order.

If you have checked out as a guest you will be given the option to register an account once your order is complete.

Opening an account makes shopping with us even easier – you can access your basket and saved items across different devices as well as save your delivery preferences and payment details.

What payment options are available?

The easiest way to order through Kiteshop.com is on this website using your credit / debit card via the online shopping basket.

It is totally secure and very easy to use. We also accept Paypal and the following credit cards Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Cirrus, Maestro, Solo, Ideal, Bancontact and American Express.

If you are a UK resident, you can also pay in affordable monthly payments using our finance option for on all orders over Β£300.00. Simply order as normal and choose finance option in the checkout.

When will my account be debited?

If your Credit / Debit card or Paypal payment is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken and we will email to let you know that your bank or card issuer would not authorise the payment.

Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorised, it may appear we have taken payment as some card issuers / banks may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track the progress of your order using your unique tracking reference number which you can find in your order history (registered customers only) or alternatively you can find your tracking reference number on the email you will have received from us when your order was despatched.

Most couriers deliver between 09:00 and 18:00 and will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods.

If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know.

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your order a maximum of three times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt, they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund.

Why is my basket empty after adding an item?

Most shopping basket problems are because of low or incorrect 'cookie' settings.

Adjusting your 'cookie' level will normally resolve the problem.

Where is my Confirmation Email?

In most cases - your online order confirmation email will come through approximately 10 minutes after you have placed your order.

If you feel you have entered all of your details correctly but you do not seem to have received a confirmation email - please check your "Junk Email" folder.

As the confirmation email is automated - some ISP's believe the email is merely a marketing email and is automatically sent to your junk email folder.

If you feel you have placed your order successfully but have still not received a confirmation email - please contact us and we’ll do what we can to help.
