What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a feature on Apple devices that allows you to make secure payments.

Not only can you make purchases with Kiteshop, you can tap and pay with Apple Pay everywhere that takes contactless payments and know that your personal payment details are kept safe and secure.

There are no additional sign-ups or sign-ins for this option.

How do I use Apple Pay?

Just shop on Kiteshop.com and check out as normal.

At checkout, choose the Apple Pay payment method.

If you already have an Apple Pay account, there is no additional registration necessary, which means you don’t need to create a new account

If you don't have an Apple Pay account, you can download the app from the Apple App Store here.

If you have multiple payment methods, select the one you want to use. Verify the payment details and confirm the transaction. You may need to authenticate using your fingerprint, PIN, or other security measures depending on the device you are using.

Why should I use Apple Pay over other checkout options?

With Apple Pay, you can make payments with just a touch of a button. No need to manually enter your card information every time you make a purchase.

Apple Pay uses multiple layers of security to protect your payment information. Your sensitive data is not shared during the transaction.

Simply breeze through our checkout using the information already stored in your Apple Pay app.

How do I find my Apple Pay Transactions.

You may see any transactions made from your credit or debit card account, including transactions from all devices that you use with Apple Pay and your physical card.1 However, depending on your bank or card issuer, you may only see transactions made on the device you’re using.

On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.

Tap a card to see a list of your latest transactions.

Tap a transaction to see more details.

Is my payment information shared?

Apple Pay do not share your full credit card, debit card or bank account number.

Kiteshop only receives information that is required to complete and support your transaction. This information may include your name, email address and delivery address.

What does it cost me to use Apple Pay?

The service costs nothing to you. Using Apple Pay does not add fees to your purchases.

Apple Pay does not add transaction fees, membership fees or any other fees. Your card issuer, however, may charge fees, such as a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the site on which you are shopping, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.

Can I use Apple Pay gift cards as part of my purchase?

At this time, Apple Pay Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method to place an order using Apple Pay.

Apple Gift Cards are solely for the purchase of goods and services from the Apple Store, the Apple Store app, apple.com, the App Store, iTunes, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Books and other Apple properties.

What payment methods can be used with Apple Pay?

Apple Pay accepts credit cards and debit cards to make payments.

What additional security checks are in place?

Online payments using Apple Pay are becoming even more secure because of added security checks.

During checkout, you may be redirected to your bank’s or card issuer’s website to verify your credit or debit card payment.

You may need to authenticate using your fingerprint, PIN, or other security measures depending on the device you are using.

What happens if I make a return?

If you return some or all of your order, Apple Pay will issue you with an update as soon as we process your return.

Please note, refunds for Apple Pay payments will be refunded from Kiteshop.com to Apple Pay only. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

As soon as the refund is processed it will be seen in your Apple Wallet App.

How long will it take until I receive a refund?

Once we have has registered your cancellation or return, the repayment will be processed in five to seven bank days. In the case of a return or cancellation of an order where you have not yet paid, no refund will be made.
