Duotone Foil Assist Motor Bell

The motor bell (rotor unit) encloses the motor and connects to the folding propeller. It comes standard with all Foil Assist Mast Sets and is compatible with all three mast options.

Thanks to the strong magnetic connection, the motor bell can be installed quickly and easily.

Note: After the first few sessions, light marks may appear on the inside of the motor bell. This is normal and caused by harmless residue from the motor. 

Maintenance: Rinse the motor and the rotor unit thoroughly with fresh water after each use.

Allow both components to dry completely, then apply a thin layer of marine grease. Should you need to replace the motor bell, visit the Duotone Help Centre for detailed instructions on how to disassemble and reassemble the propeller blade mount.
