The Airush Core Freeride Foil is a true performance foil that redefines beginner to advanced foilboarding. The Airush Core Freeride features a high stability, low drag wing design, on a redesigned fuselage with a low profile plate mounting as a standard option.
For the rider looking for a moderate speed setup, the Airush Freeride Foil set features the intermediate aspect ratio 800cm2 front wing and 95cm Mast as a standard.
The smaller wing takes a bit more power to get going but allows a higher top-end speed. At the same time the longer mast gives you more time to react when at speed and the additional clearance for the rear wing when set “tips up” for increased control.
The modular design can be configured with different length masts, board mounting systems and wing configurations to suit your riding level and personal preference.
The vertical mast configuration to 9 x 16cm plate is compatible with most standard boards and can be configured with a Tuttle System if required.
Aluminium Mast Range:
The Aluminum Mast Range provide 4 different sized options to meet riders levels and styles of riding. The standard 80cm comes complete with the Core Freeride Foil Complete but can be changed to bigger or small sized masts with simple 3 bolt attachment to the mast and fuselage.
Streamlined Connection Plate:
The streamlined connection plate absolutely minimizes any drag when you get going or touch down, while creating a solid connection to the mast.
Micro Trim Adjustment with Open Ends:
The 12mm slots enable micro trim adjustment not being used in a track system, while the open ends make the plate much quicker and easier to fit, when being used in a track system.
Anhedral Front Wing:
The Anhedral front wing with horizontal tips, creates stability, specifically when carving, by preventing side slipping and improved ventilation correction.
Rear X-Wing:
The X-Wing rear configuration enables the rear wing to be setup in two modes. In Standard kite mode the rear wing is set “tips up” for a more stable platform at speed. When inverted “tips down”, the foil becomes more maneuver and carving oriented, ideal for larger wings and shorter masts.
Modular Foil Platform:
The Modular Foil platform considers the evolution in foiling to allow each rider to customize their setup. From the very first ride and lower speed performance to the most technical riding abilities, with longer masts and higher speed wings, the Modular Foil platform is designed to meet the needs of riders at every level.
Stealth Fuselage:
The unique Stealth Fuselage absolutely minimizes drag while maximizing stiffness, while the flow dynamics minimize any oscillation you would find in a round fuselage, resulting in increased stability.
Trimable Rear Wing:
The updated trimable rear wing connection allows the trim angle to be quickly adjusted to compensate for the lift requirements for different rider levels, personal preference and when using different wing configurations.
Triple Bolt Connection:
The Triple Bolt connection located on the top and bottom of the mast work in conjunction with the chamfered slot connection for a bombproof connection while enabling a quick switch out between mast options.
Foil Bag:
Included in the Core Foil (95cm) Complete set the Foil Bag is perfect to keep all of your foil components and spare parts in a single bag. Featuring padded outerwalls and padded internal compartments to protect the foil parts.
