Description

The F-One Trax is all about having fun on the water. Still based on its legendary heritage, this board continues to offer a unique blend of comfort, performance, and ease of use for the most incredible freeriding sessions.

The overall rocker line is moderate to ensure the board offers early planing and keeps the fantastic glide, which is the true signature of the F-One Trax. The rocker line is split into three distinct stages with a flatter section in the center, which is crucial to achieving an excellent upwind angle and great tracking on the water.

The bottom shape features a deep double concave and some tip channels. Both are quite efficient at providing first-class grip and control to the board. However, the double concave is the main driver behind the overall comfort of the board and its stability at all times.

The rails are inspired by our Helical Rail Design (HRD) technology, with thicker sections around the feet for better lift and balance. They were kept thin everywhere else to offer plenty of grip.

The deck shape is stripped down for more simplicity and better contact between the bindings and the board. The 3D work in the middle section, another heritage of the TRAX, helps the center of the board track in a straight line with a solid feel for more accuracy and control when riding.

The deep concave paired with the 3D rail lets you blast upwind effortlessly and bring amazing freeriding abilities to the board.

Overall on the water, this board impresses by how smooth and comfortable it is to ride. Everything feels natural and totally intuitive. A perfect blend of glide, solid pop and soft landings characterize this well-balanced shape.

A freeride weapon, the Trax is a fantastic board for beginners to ride around on, all the way up to intermediate-advanced riders who enjoy blasting back and forth and throwing a few jumps and tricks in between.

All versions come equipped with our UniBox 50m fins, which offer better speed and improved glide thanks to their thinner profile.

V-Double Concave:

The V double concave bottom shapes combine a general V with two concave channels on each side of the centre line. The V provides manoeuverability while the concaves channel the water along the board. The result is a lively board providing a comfortable ride with easy landings.

Wood Core:

The wood forms the heart of your board and gives it most of its mechanical properties: strength, flex, and resilience (ability to return to its original shape).

In optimizing the wood thickness distribution, we always seek the best compromise between strength, stiffness, and weight to ensure you get the best of your board and maximum comfort.

Lifted Tip Channels:

These channels help provide superior grip towards the tip of the board and are designed to be super efficient during the pop.

To form the channels, the tip of the board is raised in its central part, therefore creating added lift locally to the rocker of the board for better pop and easier landings.

3D Deck Structure:

Board flex is tuned through both materials and shape. The shape of the deck is especially engineered to make the board ultra-responsive between your legs for maximum drive and precision with the flex increasing progressively towards the tips for maximum pop and comfort.

Unibox Fins:

The patented Unibox system and Response fins have a radical effect : the asymmetrical profile improves the general ride and early planing. However, it is the flex of the Response fins that gives amazing rail-grip as well as pop and forgiveness on heavy freestyle landings.
