At it's core is the newly developed Reel Fit System (RFS): one dial, personalized hold, full control. Precise, finely adjustable and easy to operate without interrupting your session. Combined with the ergonomically shaped Ultra 3 Pad and universal Union Baseplate, it creates a binding system that adapts to rider and board.

Reel Fit System:
The Reel Fit System brings a new level of precision to binding adjustment. A single turn of the central RFS dial fine-tunes the strap for a precise, personalized fit across different foot shapes and sizes.
The self-centering lacing system runs along two guide rails, tightening the strap evenly and distributing pressure across the instep. This delivers locked-in hold without concentrated pressure points.
Once set, the strap stays securely in position and can be fine-tuned in either direction at any time. A visual marker makes it easy to return to your preferred setting. Engineered for long-term use in sand and saltwater, the mechanism maintains precise, reliable operation over time.
Ultra 3 Pad:
The Ultra 3 Pad balances secure hold with the freedom of movement dynamic riding demands. Its supportive toe ridge keeps the foot firmly positioned, while the ergonomically shaped footbed supports a natural stance and delivers precise board feedback.
Its carefully balanced firmness provides lasting comfort without compromising direct board contact, keeping the ride connected and controlled, even in choppy conditions and during landings.
Union Baseplate:
The Union Baseplate forms the foundation of the Ultra 3, giving you the freedom to dial in your setup. Variable hole spacing provides compatibility with boards using 6- to 6.5-inch insert spacing as well as track systems. Vertical adjustment adds another level of fine-tuning, allowing the binding position to be set individually.
Stance, power transfer, and riding feel can be tuned to personal preference, board setup, and riding discipline.
