Slingshot built the Misfit Carbon to deliver lightweight performance versatility for every single session. The Misfit Carbon V11 has been designed to excel in all conditions no matter your skill level.

The Misfit Carbon V11 is Slingshot's lightest and most versatile board with exceptional tech and limitless performance thanks to its carbon construction. With a flatter and faster rocker line combined with a nice, mellow single-concave hull, you get one of the smoothest and driest rides out of any twin tip on the water.

Additionally, the Misfit's has a lively, pop-centric Atomic Wood Core and Koroyd in the tip and tail to reduce swing weight.

Slingshot Dually Pad System:

The Dually pad and strap system includes an advanced dual density ergonomic pad. The new footstrap offers dual zonal technology with 4x4 micro adjustability. Micro adjustment can be used to customize the fore and aft positioning at 4 different points.

The Dually also offers 4 vertical points of adjustment for a customized fit to the contour of your foot.

The possibilities for a custom fit are controlled exclusively by the rider for maximum comfort and control. In addition the Dually includes our new bolt-on baseplate.

It mounts easily to your board and offers limitless duck and stance options.

Technology

Concave Hull:

Provides smooth tracking and effortless upwind performance. This added grip provides traction for riding with speed and power, yet is easy to manage for all ability levels.

Full Carbon Construction:

The Misfit Carbon V11 is laid up entirely with carbon fibre. This means the board is incredibly strong and lightweight. This all-new construction provides explosive pop and trick propulsion that is extra light.

Korroyd Tips:

Sections of thermally welded Co-Polymer Tubes provide a lighter, more responsive ride with more strength and flex than a full wood core.

Dura Light Base:

This 0.2mm base material is the ideal strength to weight ratio. Lightweight performance in a strong and durable package.

Carbon Bedrock Inserts:

Light, flexible and durable inserts that maintain the board’s flex underfoot for a consistent feel from tip to tail.

Urethane Sidewalls:

Transferring the same technology found in high durometer urethane skateboard wheels into the rail of all our boards. Our innovative manufacturing process literally infuses the rail into the board cores in one single shot, producing unrivaled dampening and durability.

Construction:

Slingshot twin tips are hand crafted out of all wood cores. We use sustainably grown Paulownia, which gives the lively, springy character that Slingshot boards are famous for. The vertically laminated construction harnesses the collect strength of the wood’s grain and provides strength, durability and consistent flex over the life of the board.

As an added layer of protection, we finish every board with a full urethane rail to protect from inevitable mishaps and impacts with hard objects. We’ve added vibrant urethan colors give the visual pop distinct to Slingshot.
